Client Relations Specialist

Zoe is a higher education professional with 7+ years of experience in college admissions, academic support, and advising at highly selective institutions. She earned both a BA in Political Science and M.Ed in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. While she briefly considered working in government upon graduation, Zoe ultimately concluded that creating change on an individual level through mentorship, relationship building and student support was where her true passion lied. She has since gone on to create academic support programs aimed at increasing student retention rates at Carnegie Mellon University, consult for families on their college applications, serve as an admissions reader for The University of Texas at Austin and teach student success courses at local colleges. When she’s not working to single-handedly run the entirety of the U.S higher education system all at once, she enjoys reading books and posting on reddit about why the latest New York Times Connections puzzle category does not qualify as a category at all (plural words that sound very different from their singular forms?? seriously??).

Zoe’s college essay was on how to properly pass a volleyball.
